About Elastic Locking Gas Springs
Elastic locking holds the piston rod at a selected position along the usable stroke. Because the piston moves through nitrogen, the spring can allow limited movement when the applied load changes.
Select the spring by force, stroke, mounting geometry and the amount of movement permitted while locked. Ask Gemini to review the application when a rigid hold is required.
